Shipping:
When will my order ship?
-All items are handmade and require a turnaround time of at least a week. When ordering please read the description. The description will give you a estimated ship or pick up time.

-If you have ordered from the “What’s in stock” section but you used Afterpay your order will ship or ready for pick up on 1-3 business days. If you did not use Afterpay you can pick up the following business day. (We are closed on all holidays).

-Once you received a tracking number your packages is now longer with us; please forward all questions about arrival date to USPS. They are not in possession of your items and can give you more accurate information.

• Refund/Exchanges:
Do you offer refunds? 
-Items are customized/made per order and the time it took to create the item can not be given back that is why we have a no refund policy.

-We do not offer refunds; unless we are at fault. Items can be exchanged if they have not been worn/used.

-Digital Downloads are non-refundable! You will have access to files that can be downloaded, if there are any issues I am willing to assist. Contact via email


-Depending on the circumstance, customer may be charged for re-shipping fees; if it is our fault we will take full responsibility.
